Insurance & 成本

Conway Regional Medical Center will bill you for your visit, the supplies, 药物, and tests that are ordered. Depending on the services provided, you will receive separate bills for emergency department physicians, radiologists, private physicians or consulting physicians, anesthesiologists and pathologists, as applicable.

If you have insurance, Conway Regional will file your claim if the hospital has complete and accurate information. If you visited our emergency department, it may be necessary for you to contact your primary care physician for a referral or to notify your insurance company of your visit. Your policy may not cover your visit if these requirements are not met. Because your insurance contract is between you and your insurance carrier, you have primary responsibility for the amount of the bill.

Partial payment may be requested when you arrive. This will help to fulfill your obligation to pay deductibles, co-payments, and co-insurance. If you do not have insurance, financial arrangements must be made before scheduled, non-emergent procedures. Your ac清纯甜美t will be assigned to a financial 清纯甜美selor in our 病人 Financial 服务 department. You may reach your financial 清纯甜美selor by calling 501-450-2121.

As a not-for-profit hospital, Conway Regional makes financial assistance available to eligible patients receiving medically necessary or emergent care. Ask your financial 清纯甜美selor about payment options and financial assistance.

Our admissions staff is available to answer questions regarding insurance coverage and requirements, payment options, and/or collection procedures. Questions can be directed to 501-450-2127.
